Wicca is none of these. All Wiccans have to take an oath never to harm anyone. If they break this rule they no longer belong to their faith. Wiccans practise white magick and are not immoral.
Some people say that Wicca is evil and Satanistic. It's not! Wiccans don't even believe in Satan, how can they worship him?

Wicca itself is neither good nor bad. Neither is magick. That would be like asking if fire is bad. Fire keeps us warm, cooks our food and without the sun's fire we would die. But fire can kill us. It's not the thing, but the intent of the person wielding it that is good or bad. To say all wiccans took an oath is not true. There is no universal oath that binds a Wiccan. I took no such oath. I do not harm people because it is wrong to do so, not because I have something physically mentally or emotionally binding me & telling me not to.
Wiccans can be immoral, just as Christians, Buddhists, Muslims, Mormons..you name it..can be immoral. It's called being human. People make mistakes, people learn, people grow. If a Christian man has an affair does that mean he can never be a Christian again and is shut out from his God forever b/c he was immoral once? I've known people of many faiths; Wiccans, Christians, Buddhists, - all claiming to be holier than thou yet "sinning" all over the place while putting each other's religions down. One of the reasons pagans of all walks of life aren't really organized is because there is so much fighting over which type of wicca/witchcraft is better than the other.
It take a great deal of personal responsibility to say that your religion has flaws. Every religion does. Because the church and the media have always portrayed Wicca in a very bad light, wiccans tend to get defensive and want people to stop saying they are bad. One priest is found to have molested a child, it doesn't mean all of Christianity is bad.

Most put it under satanism, or witchcraft. But it's not bad at all. If they were to look into it they might actually understand that most wiccans are good, not evil.
