A heterogeneous mixture is one that is not homgeneous.
It's hetergeneous.
i believe they are homgeneous. My chemistry teacher said "if there's nothing floating in it and it seems nice and harmonized, it will probably be homogeneous."
Wine is heterogeneous. A wine glass is homogeneous.
Wine is a homogeneous solution.
18k is not homgeneous
Elements are in their own right not a mixture but the rawest form of matter. If you are talking about breaking them down further (i.e. protons, neutrons and electrons) then you would have to generally say heterogeneous. Otherwise no because elements are made up of only 1 atom so it has to be a homgeneous.
Wine is a homogeneous mixture in its final form when you buy it at the store, but before the last step in the wine making process, it is heterogeneous because of the yeast that collects near the neck. It is nowhere close to a pure substance, but rather a mixture.
Butane is homogeneous. Butane may mean n-butane, iso-butane or a mixture of the two isomers. If the sample were a mixture of the two isomers then it would be a homgeneous mixture.
Clear wine is essentially a solution of ethyl alcohol in water (with a few other things mixed in) and is homogeneousin that it cannot be separated into its component parts by any purely mechanical means, ie, centrifuge, filter, settling. Before the wine is cleared, however, the yeast action forms a cloudy suspension that is in heterogeneous mixture since it can be separated out simply by settling, or by filtration or centrifuging.
They eventually became one homgeneous group Hockeygal03
