Is your husband's brother-in-law your brother-in-law?

Answer:
There are two ways that your husband can have a brother-in-law. In neither case is his brother-in-law also your brother-in-law.

Your husband's brother-in-law may be your brother.

Your husband's brother-in-law may also be the husband of his sister. In that case he is the husband of your sister-in-law, but that does not make him your brother-in-law.
