I'm sorry for you and your mother but no. She can not be with you. All you have is her ashes, that's it. If your accepted Jesus Christ in her heart and followed Him through the last of her days, she went to heaven (and trust me, she is in a better place). If your mother never accepted Jesus Christ in her heart, she is in hell. (You don't go to hell because you are a bad person, but because you have sinned and have not repent.) Do not believe anyone who says that they can help you talk to your mother by bringing her spirit back, because they are a bunch of blind fools! They don't know that those so called spirits are just demonds. Don't be fooled!

I too, am very sorry for you, but the answer is no. Our mom's are in heaven with God and what we have left is the physical remnants of her existence. But more importantly the memories we all hold, keep and share are very real because they really happened and are more than just thoughts and images in our minds.
