I can only speak from my personal experience. I had a tubal pregnancy and was unaware of it until it ruptured and ended in an emergency surgery at 12 weeks. In the weeks leading up to the rupture, I had random sharp pains and would feel what I described to my friend as "fetal movements." I had already had three children and knew very well what the early movements felt like. I even told my friend that "if I didn't know better I would think I was pregnant!" Since I had continued having periods, I had no idea that I really was. In retrospect, I am certain that I was feeling the fetus move. I believe that as it grew and was fitting more tightly between the walls of my fallopian tube, it allowed me to feel the bumping movements as it moved around in the sac.

∙ 17y agoTake a pregnancy test. I imagine you have gas, could be constipated, or you are feeling your waste move. Check w/your physician if it continues and you are concerned.

∙ 11y agoDefinitely! Its very rare depending on the time range from when you had your tubal but it is not impossible. The tubal ligation procedure is not 100%!
