Hi, my wife found the same as you, the taste was definately no comparison to the 'LINGS' she was very fond of. As a result she has contacted the company and has just received a very informative letter from them. In it they say due to recent consumer pressures they had changed thier traditional recipe to a pectin base instead of a geletine product. Due to the response this has raised from many people passionate about thier original product they will be reintroducing the old recipe in time for Christmas 2008 and they will be contacting her again later in the year to inform her when the turkish delight is available.
