Like what? She can file for an increase, but it will only be retroactive to the filing date. When she does, just go to child support enforce and say yes, you are earning more, so increase it, than stop paying her and pay it through them. She can wait for it to be processed through the system. You want to avoid court as you could be ordered to pay court costs. see links below

Q: Last court order was for 100 per week since I was unemployed but when employed again I paid her additional amount to equal the 40 percent never went back to court now she is trying to start stuff?
