There is a phenomenon called 'magnetic banding' where rock preserves the orientation of the earth's magnetic field at the time it's created at constructive plate boundaries. The earth's magnetic field flips every so often in geological history, so we see bands of rock in the sea floor with alternating magnetic signatures. This indicates that the seafloor has spread and made new rock over time, and so the continents associated must have spread (and met in the middle at some point in the past.) Similarly, we see volcanism and earthquakes happen at destructive plate boundaries, suggesting plates are drifting and being pushed under one another, indicating that overall the plates are moving. Now we can put GPS markers all over the world and use satellites to accurately show how much certain plates have moved in a particular timeframe.
Several evidences were given as proof to the theory of continental drift, they include; 1. Climatic evidence (Paleoclimatic Reconstruction). 2. Fossil evidence (Paleontological proof). 3. Continental fit. (Continental margin shapes). 4. Lithological and Stratigrapical similarities of adjacent continental masses. 5. Seafloor spreading. 6. Glacial till. 7. Plate tectonics.
No, the cause of continental drifts is actually the flow of the magma below the continental plates and the oceanic plates
Alfred Wegener Proved The theory of Continental Drift.
I think that continetal drift replaced his theory
Continental drift is explained by the science of plate tectonics.
Climate, and landforms
yeah yeah sure sure

Continental Drift
continental drift is a drift by alfred wegener !

No; continental drift is a geological process.
No, only Continental Drift Theory.
Is there a list? Continental drift is real, so religious fanatics don't provide evidence for continental drift.

this occurs because tectonic plates are under the continents which causes the continents to move
