Fuse 47 a 15amp fuse is for the cigarette lighter..it's located behind the glove box which you can drop down for easy access.
The "glove box" is the little box that opens on the left side, under the instrument gauges near the left door.......Not the big glove box on the right hand side.

I believe it's 39, should say on the inside of the panel that covers your access to the fuse box.
open your driver door and looking in it will be on your left. it says fuses on the panel... open that and on the inside of the panel it tells you what fuse is what.

The Cigarette lighter fuse is the ten amp fuse in the fuse panel on the passenger side kick panel. It is named the aux fuse.
On a 2001 Lincoln LS : ( # 32 ) is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter in the fuse panel in the front passenger footwell , by the kick panel ( the fuse panel has a cover on it )
The fuse panel is under the hood on the driver's side. The 20A cigarette lighter fuse is #13.
on the left panel by your knee... looks like an ash tray door... pull it off, fuses are behind it.
