Seek medical help. Dial your local hospital for help if the pains are severe.
may be it is due to constipation, if there is positive history take laxative.
I would say it's nothng to worry about. Just because you have pain somewhere unusual doesn't mean you're pregnent. How ever if you are still worried see the Doctor. :D
