Okay green eyes you can stay more around the colour like actually using greens and golds , golds go well if many eye colours because it has that tinge to it that blends well. Right Brown eyes. My friend went to a beauty saloon and they told her that the best colour to suit brown eyes is blue, I know it doesn't sound right but we tried it and she looked amazing. If you have green/brown eyes maybe go for a turquoise colour and mix in some light gold in the corners or with the colour its would be a great mixture and blends well with the eye colour, its also down to the brush technique but if you lightly go over and apply more as you go along you will come out with a better effect.

I would recommend brown liner or mascara. brown or purple or gold eye shadow works.
Blush? It depends what color your hair is. Blond: minimal blush (dont need so much help looking glowy) Brunette: enough blush so it looks like you've got a good circulation going ;)
Redhead: as much as you like, it'll blend better!
A nude pink lipstick will highlight perfect lips, but if you have thin lips, A lip gloss in a fleshy color (pink or beige) will give the illusion that they're bigger.
