The Predictive Index is not a test with a right or wrong answer. It is a survey of behaviors that results in a profile the describes the person. Companies often know what profile they are looking for in hiring or promotion and use it to compare candidates. The Predictive Index asks you to describe yourself. While it would be easy to answer the Predictive Index in a way that does not describe you (you could randomly answer it, for example), it would be very unlikely that you could answer it in a way that would artificially generate the hiring manager's desired pattern. Since studies show that those who do not match the desired pattern do poorly and tend to be less happy in the job, there is little reason to try to manipulate it. The bottom line is to take it honestly and, if you are right for the job, you'll probably get a shot at it. Florida companies can visit www.predictiveresults.com

What is the importance of predictive values?

Predictive values are important because they help determine the probability of a certain condition or outcome being present based on a diagnostic test result. They provide information about the accuracy and reliability of a test in predicting the presence or absence of a particular condition, thus guiding clinical decision-making. Understanding predictive values can help healthcare providers interpret test results and make informed decisions about patient care.
