According to the White House website, "In his first Sunday show appearance as President-elect, Barack Obama spoke in detail about the economy and foreign policy on Meet the Press this morning." BUT, you may have read internet myths that he was on the program in September 2008, and he allegedly insulted the US flag. This is totally untrue; he was not on Meet the Press in September, nor did he ever insult the flag.
