Mino's anniversary Surprise Quest help

Part I:
Go to Tail Isle, using the Appleton docks. Then use the wagon, or walk, to Tail end. Talk to the owner of the general store, he can send you to Puuhonua Isle, where Mino is. Make sure you've done the tail end store quest first! Talk to Mino, and he will ask for some help getting some stuff together. He will need you to pick up the plants that he ordered (from Helena, in Treeton's flower shop). Mino will also need trellises from Arthur Temperton, Appleton's farrier. Helena will give you the plants for $1000. Arthur will need 50 chunks iron ore, and $1500. Once you have those, go and give them to Mino. He needs manure... Talk to the Shellton barn owner, and Harry Holterz will give you three bags. Head back to Mino, then say you think you gave him everything.

Reward: $3000 and 100 Quest Points

Part II:
Talk to Mino again. He will need some help with a second part of the sanctuary! Here is the list of what he needs, and where to find them:

Downy feathers - Talk to the owner of the pet shop in Wington.
Spoiled fruit - Talk to the owner of the food shop, in Wington also.
Horse hair - The groomer in Earton will give you some
Moss and Lichen - Talk to Twig, in Eartip forest. He moves, so it would make it easier to map him first.
Spider Silk - Talk to Elvira, who lives in the bleached skull north of Santon. (see the link below for the locations of the Spiders). She will give you some spider's silk if you do something for her: delivering invitations to her "friends" called Morticia and Carlotta. Morticia lives in the bleached skull south of Santon. Carlotta lives in the bleached skull on Dust Isle. To get to Dust, use the Hotton docks, and go to Torrid. Talk to the dockmaster of Torrid, and he will say you need to swim to Dust (say okay, and you're on Dust!). To get off of Dust Isle, talk to Fitzgerald, who walks around the cacti. He will send you back to the Sand isles. Head back to Elvira, and she will give you the silk.

Head back to Mino for your reward.
Rewards: $10,000 and 200 Quest Points

Part III:
Talk to Mino again, and he will need the birds. He has made a deal with Suhai, who lives with the Tumetai, on Jungle Isle. Mino will give you $6000 to get the birds from Suhai. Go and get the birds from Suhai, then go and give them to Mino!
Rewards: $2,000 and 50 Quest Points
