well in how in the first place, if this is this the father, how did u find out in the first place? and then i would go down to the local court house and file either solecustody or joint custody. then take it to court and then see if they find you a fit father or not. and then find out some stuff on the mother to get it to where you can find out that she is not being a fit mother. then you just got sole custody of that child. now if they find you not a fit father they maybe nice and at least grant you supervised visit with the child.
They are half Caucasian (their father) and half Pacific Islander (their mother). Jake made a reference early on to "Polynesian women" and Josh's My Space page says Pacific Islander. After seeing their mother, Mary Harris, during the memorial show for their father, she appears to be Hawaiian.
The Child Support Agency sends a form to the mother asking for details about the child's father, it is compulsory for the mother to give these details. It is also compulsory for the father to pay to support their child, I am not sure if there is a way around it. I am quite sure they don't ask any other relatives.
Young mother of 15 chooses to live with her mother in New York, The mother is now in High School with very stable life and all the support for her baby from Mom Little brother and Step-Father. She is living in a house with her own room and her and her babys needs are all met. The Missssippi court says they have rights and wants the mother to live with her Biological Father who doesn't have a Job, is doing drugs and doesn't have a place to live. The Father doesn't even have a job. When she was with her father she wasn't going to school, the baby wasn't seeing the doctor or getting her shots. It was terrible, We spent over $1700.00 been to 3 court rooms and haven't seen a judge yet. The one making the ruling is a friend of the biological father and seems to be ruling in the fathers favor. What rights does the young mother have?
Not if the father hasn't requested a visitation schedule. The mother should allow the father to visit with the child. However, if there is no visitation order in place she won't "get into trouble" if he's is not having visitations with the child. Child support and visitations are two separate issues as far as the court is concerned.Fathers are entitled to visitations. If the mother refuses the father should return to court and request a visitation schedule. The mother will be legally obligated to obey that order. Not if the father hasn't requested a visitation schedule. The mother should allow the father to visit with the child. Marriage by itself does not bring custody rights to non-biological children. Where the children go when the biological mother dies depends on who has custody, whether the non-biological father has adopted the child, whether the biological father wants the child, and on the laws of the state where all of this is happening.
Not if the father is doing his fatherly duties for the children, and causing the children no harm or pain. But if he is then yes, also if she sees the father unfit and suspects harm is being done in which case it should be taken to court.
Yeah you should be if you are the babies mother/father if you are not then she can stop you seeing him !!
Yes, if she is stronger than you are. Legally speaking, if you are an adult, it is doubtful that she can prevent you from seeing your mother. There would have to be a court order stating that you may not see her.

Yes you can. Even after the child is born you can do this. he has the right to see his child but seeing the mother is up to her parents. Being a mother though I urge you to let them see each other since itś hard to be pregnant and interacting with the father is important for the woman. She can get depressed during the pregnancy, it is common, so she do not need anymore problems. Remember that taking out your anger on him will affect her. If she wants him there for the birth that is her choice since she is the patient and they could use classes to prepare for the birth. Do not cut him off completely. Teen parents care as much for their children as we adults do.
You can not prevent something after it has already happened. By now you can choose between birth or abortion. Both require seeing a doctor.
Not unless she has a court order.
Through court actions, but not on her own.
nope. if the father is indeed the biological father then he has rights that can not be taken away unless he willingly gives it up by sighning off his rights or it is cort ordered. but in no way can the mother of a child regardless of the age of the child keep the father from seeing his son/and of daughter.
You need to speak to your father privately and then communicate to him what you know about his cheating on your mother and let him know it's a coward's act and if he doesn't stop seeing the other woman then you will tell your mother. It is possible your father may feel cornered and may threaten you, but your father is at fault and your mother will find out sooner or later.
No. She would need a court order.
No, that is called day dreaming. Hopefully she already pictured him as the father of her children one day since she married him.
