This might be a power supply problem. I'm not quite sure what would make it crash after BIOS... To easily check this when it's showing the IBM logo check out at the bottom or the top of the page on how to enter set-up. If it allows you to enter set-up and stay in there for awhile then it's not going to be a power supply problem because it should have crashed.
It's also possible that your computer's overheating. If this is the case then you're going to need to get familiar with the inside of your computer. This is a very simple problem to fix but I wouldn't recommend messing around with anything inside your computer unless you know what you're doing...
Just take the cover of your case off and start to blow the dust out. Make sure to be careful with the inside parts of your computer because it's actually really easy to fry something in there without even realizing it. If you're going to be grabbing a lot of parts make sure that you have the same potential difference as your computer parts and this is very simple, just keep one hand on your computer case.
If both of these fail then it's a hard drive problem and you're either going to need to format your drive and reinstall Windows (note** this will DELETE ALL DATA ON THE HARD DRIVE).
