idk i am worried cause my cat has the same thing... i hope its not cancer... :( Edit: That really depends on what you mean by "lump." Is it inside or outside? When you say "near his stomach" do you mean his ribcage? What you should do is take him to the vet for a check-up. He could have a stomach tumor, it could be that you're just feeling his bowels (which was what it turned out to be with my cat), he could have worms (you would see it in his stool if he had worms), or maybe a hairball (it happens, right?). It could also just be a pimple or a knot. You can't be sure until you have him checked out.
