it dependes on what state you are in lie in V.A the law says that the legal age of consect to sex is 16 and it is legal for you to date someone at most 3 years older with parental consitnt. if your parnets are ok with your fiance them you might be able to get off on very little again this has to do with your states law. how ever at most they can get statatory rape, child rape, be sent to pirson for at least 10 years and get a court order to say way from you and anyother minor
