Why didn't you use a condom? Im 13 my mom would make me get rid of the baby. Altho she would probly would not at you but if you really love ur girlfriend and her mom knows that I'm sure it would be fine after a while.
The best thing you could do is tell her. Shell be even more mad if you keep it from her and she finds out from someone else. Tell someone you trust, a adult. There are also other people you can talk to.
Your girlfriend has 2 options.. Abort it, keep it or adoption. Either way you'll have to be there for her, it will be a big decision that will change her life, especially since shes 13. For now just focus on helping her through this.
