Well, the logitech company is very sneaky when it comes to their product's specific features. Only some of the webcams have video effects and some do not have that ability at all, even though logitech's "help" manual makes us look like idiots for trying to figure out how to get the effects because the manual suggests that all of their webcams have the ability to have effects. So your webcam probably doesn't allow any effects at all, just like mine (C210 webcam). I am so frustrated with this company now...
