There are many ways to relieve your cramps. I suggest something like ibuprofen, Tylenol or Midol first and see what kind of relief you get from that and if that doesn't work there are tons of home remedies that help. You can use a heating pad, heat patch, hot baths, abdominal massage and even exercise. Hope this helps with your cramps a bit.
