The southern part of Alaska has the largest peninsula, the Alaska Peninsula that stretches to the Aleutian Islands. Adjacent to the east is the Kenai Peninsula.
There are also numerous peninsulas to the north as well. The peninsulas along the northwest coast are the Seward Peninsula (Bering Strait) and Lisburne Peninsula(Chukchi Sea).

That's going to depend on which way your map is drawn. If your map is printed in central Australia, with south upward, then 49 of the states in the USA are entirely above the 60 N parallel, and part of the 50th is too. If your map has north upward, then only one state ... Alaska ... has part of its territory, but not all, above the 60th parallel north, and no other state has any at all.
The 60th parallel of north latitude crosses Alaska, something like 80 miles south of Anchorage and 115 miles north of Juneau. That means that 90% of the state or more is located north of 60°, and only the small part that remains is south of that latitude.
Mount Griggs is in Alaska, at the start of the Alaska Peninsula (the "tail" on the southwest of the state), about 300 miles southwest of Anchorage.
