A Muslim woman cover her body with a loose dress called '' Abaya'' she also wears a head scarf and a piece of cloth to cover her face.
In some countries like India and Pakistan women wear a dress called '' Burkha'' when going out doors.It not only covers the body but also head and face.

However, per religion, it is not an Islamic requirement for women to cover their face and hands. The cloth should not be tight (desribing the figure) and not be transparent (to make visible what is under cloth). The cloth should cover the whole body except the face ads.
