I also had this problem few dayz before and it just made me mad, i was felt into that situation that i even cannot format ma windows so, finally i researched upon it and found the solution :-
1. Go to your first drive for example c:/ and delete the hiden file autorun.inf also delete from recycle bin
2. Then create a folder name autorun.inf after delete first one as soon as possible
3. do the same thing with all of your drives
4. Log off ur PC your PC
bingo ! you have your PC recovered back
To correct and solve this error, follow this steps:
1. Run Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del or right click on Taskbar)
2. Stop wscript.exe process if available by highlighting the process name and clicking End Process.
3. Then terminate explorer.exe process.
4. In Task Manager, click on File -> New Task (Run…).
5. Type "cmd" (without quotes) into the Open text box and click OK.
6. Type the following command one by one followed by hitting Enter key:
del c:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a
del d:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a
del e:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a
c, d, e each represents drive letters on Windows system. If there are more drives or partitions available, continue to command by altering to other drive letter. Note that you must also clean the autorun files from USB flash drive or portable hard disk as the external drive may also be infected.
7. In Task Manager, click on File -> New Task (Run…).
8. Type "regedit" (without quotes) into the Open text box and click OK.
9. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
10. Check if the value name and value data for the key is correct (the value data of userint.exe include the path which may be different than C drive, which is also valid, note also the comma which is also needed):
"Userinit"="C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,"

To open a SVD file saved on a disc, double click on it. If the file doesn't open, you need a software application for SVD file extensions.

Most Java objects seem to be 32KB and are located under your downloaded programs. CD-R are read only. Double-click it to open it and copy them in to a new folder then eject the CD. Go to your Disk Utlitity and create a new one then double click on the disk image to open it then drag the contents of the folder in to the image window then eject the image.

it means when you click on your applications folder and click a application such as a dictinary and you double click on that then it is reviewing it then while your waiting it is in REVIEW PROCESS
You probably have a virus, or a corrupted file somewhere. This happened to my flash drive, so I reformatted it, and now it's fine. Try right-clicking and selecting either Open or Explore. That did the trick for me before I reformatted.

From what I've heard you need an emulator such as Visual boy advance(vba). Once you have it, right click on the gba file and go to open with. Then choose Visual Boy Advance. Then click apply. Then double click the gba file and there you go. But when I do it, it says that it is not a valid win32 application. If this happens to you then open Visual Boy Advance, then go to open. Then choose the gba file. THEN it should work. If it lags, then your computer is either slow or has little to no memory.
