if you mean like rash behavior, its usually negative because it means you jump right into something without thinking. most of the time that's not a good thing.
possibly could be hives--an allergic reaction to food or pollen or a change in detergent or something
It causes a lot of things, including rashes and skin irritation (as in really really itchy!!!!)
