The exhaust manifold for an E250 is usually sold as a complete kit. The nut is a standard issue, and is between the a half inch and a full inch diameter.

The exhaust back pressure sensor on a 2006 6.0 diesel Ford F3 50 can be located near the exhaust manifold. The sensor is a probe that can be removed by loosening the nut.
Cut the bolts off and you will have to purchase a new flange kit from any parts store.
20 NM (15 lb-ft) for the nut on the exhaust nut-to-head-stud. Good luck getting a torque wrench on each and every one. Expect to rely on your 11 mm offset wrench and your gut-torque-meter.
It snaps in. But before you snap it out, take the nut out that holds the pipe to the exhaust manifold.
The nut should be a 15mm, the stud, I'm not sure.
The first step is to remove the manifold. If the bolt is sticking out, remove with a vise grip pliers or stud remover. If broke off flush, drill and extract with an easy out or try to weld a nut to it and turn out that way.

The lug nut size for a 240sx with a four lug pattern is 10x1.25. The lug nut size is 12x1,25
There is one 15mm nut on the back side of the tensioner. You have to get at it from under the vehicle. It is just below the end of the exhaust manifold. It is fairly easy if you use a long extension and a flex socket.
