On Holmes On Homes are his crew shown on the show his employees?

Many of the workers are indeed a part of Mike's crew. They generally wear shirts with the Holmes on Homes logo. The current crew list from the show's web site can be found here:

Mike also brings in other specialists as needed. These generally will not be wearing the Holmes on Homes T-shirts, although there may occasionally be exceptions. When these outside specialists appear on the show, they are credited in on-screen text by name along with the name of their business. I have seen many of these specialists appear in multiple episodes. Therefore I assume that when Mike finds people he can trust, he calls on them again and again.
