Looking for the name of a true crime TV show. Description of case in answers.?

In a small US town where everyone knows each other, a teenaged girl is found dead in a field. She has been covered with two pairs of pants. Investigation leads to her on/off boyfriend who wears the same brand of pants used to cover the girl, but he has an alibi. After looking into other suspect the police find the girl's discarded purse with her class ring inside, and her car with her shoes inside. They deduce that it was the boyfriend, who had killed the girl in a fit of rage when she refused to get back together again. He had then covered her up in attempt to make it looks like a sexual assault, and driven her car elsewhere but was unable to locate her ring in her purse so he had tossed it.
