Bhakra Nangal Dam is available adjoining both Gobind Sagar Lake on its left side & Satluj river on its right. It actually means the water of Gobind Sagar that is left via dams meet Satluj river in the end. Then Satluj river come across the Nangal dam and thus provide necessary drinking water and electricity generated from it to the surrounding villages.
