Once Halloween is over do Americans begin preparing for Thanksgiving?

[Edit]
Yes, many do, especially the stores! All across the United States, you'll find store fronts prepare the windows with autumn colors that signify Thanksgiving, paper turkeys and sales on cranberry sauce.

Even kindergartens are preparing though. The kids are finished making paper pumpkins and now are using their little hands to draw turkeys to show Mom and Dad.

People may be taking down the Halloween decorations and squashed pumpkins frm their porches, and putting up Thanksgiving-themed windows in their houses.

Welcome to the American holiday season, where it never really ends to New Year's Day.
