Once you have cut an avocado open how do you stop it from turning brown?

Take some citrus, lemon or lime, juice and coat the avacado with it. The citric acid will keep it from turning brown. (Works on apples, too!)

Cover with saran wrap, as to keep it from being exposed to the air, or my favorite way, eat it.
