Over the past few days my laptop running Windows 10 is restarting every one hour regardless of what I am doing online or not. It's aggravating as I need to sign in every hour. Can this be fixed?

This could be a number of things. The most common problem for a computer to restart is because it is overheating and the OS will restart automatically to protect the components from bursting into flames. Make sure that your computer is well cooled and on a flat hard surface.
If this is not the case, another problem is that there is something wrong with the OS. You can try installing the OS again. Otherwise, it could be your motherboard which would be better to buy a new laptop than to replace.
