Not too sure what your question was. The answer would be 100% wine in grape wine. But if you are asking for alcohol level, its 11% -15%, depending on the wine.
I am guessing here, but I think about 20-30%. Most of our grapes are table grapes and either stay as table or dried into raisins. Yet, our wine industry is growing by leaps and bounds.
