Time will get rid of it, that's about the only solution.......use some over the counter stuff such as a benzoyl peroxide cream so shorten the amount of time it will take for it go away, also, quit picking at it that's only going to lengthen the amount of time it takes for it to disappear you can use lemon juice and colgate
