go to youtube.com
look to the top right (not exactly top)
look for upload
you must have an account by the way (free)
to post
fill out title of video etc
then continue through info
then browse through computer for video file
then click on the video file
upload leave screen on page while it says uploading
then once it finishes it will be online in a few minutes
