well if you are the leader, the pros would be you don't have to always be watching them, you trust them and you to not need to be strict so you can have greather relationships. if you are the 'follower' the people who follow there insturcuions the pros would be you are no being yelled at to do stuff. Laissez-Faire is a more of a relaxed type of leadership.
