One of the best ways to get quick xp is by playing Team Death Match Express.
While in this playlist, you will get much more experience playing agressive. If you want to level up fast do not use a sniper. Another big part of leveling up fast is by having low killstreaks. I use 3-4-5 and get to 5 2-4 times a game, giving me many extra points. The carepackages will also allow you to get random killstreak rewards. You will get credit for using (ex. a harrier) even if its from the carepackage. Another tip is to switch guns once you get 500/1000 kills with them, this will allow you to get the 1000/5000/10000 challenge rewards from the new guns.
One trick for about 50k exp in one game per prestige.
Make a class with cold blooded. Use an rpd as your primary weapon and the AT4-HS as your secondary. Shoot down helicopters until they start spinning, then switch to your light machine gun and start shooting at it. Every bullet that hits will give you credit towards the cold blooded perk. I was able to get all 250 (Kill streak "Kills") in one game giving me 50k exp for that one game. Having slight of hand on will help you reload faster.

There is no simple way to rank up fast, Ways to rank up fast depends on your play style, Although my ability is greater than many others i am not a HC S&D guy, i find it far to slow paced, but if you have a high ability and like the slow pace of HD S&D then this is a great way to rank up, with 500 points per kill and high match bonus, as well as 1000 points for every plant/diffuse this is a great way to rank up fast on modern warfare 2.

Another way to rank up fast is with the bling perk, as this will allow you the complete the 10k attachment perks simultaneously but this does cut in to other great tier 1 perks such as sleight of hand and scavenger so if you plan to quick scope or have a weapon that is amazingly slow at reloading or you are playing defensively using scavenger and claymores then you will need to stick with sleight of hand and scavenger respectively, a great gun for the bling perk is the the ACR as reload is still amazing without SOH, however this still depends on your play style.

So, how do i rank up fast on modern warfare 2? well, if you seen my videos you will know i like to quick scope/snipe, i pick a game where you can get tons of kills, CTF or Domination normally and simply get the intervention out, 50 points for the kill + 50 points for the one shot kill + 50 points for the long range kill + 50 points for the headshot (which is much easier when sniping) so instead of the normal 50/100 its 100/200.

Boosting as a quick way to rank up on modern warfare 2?, I am really not prepared to go into a discussion on this, but if you do feel you need to boost, be a man about it and don't play on other peoples games, You will ruin the game for other people, either get into a 3rd person cage match with your chosen partner and boost away, or join a boosting clan who invite you to games 100% full of boosters, I wouldn't ruin the fun of leveling by boosting but if you have to ruin you own fun and boost, don't ruin everyone Else's fun by boosting in their game.

How to start a riot shield lobby

1. Get a party of exactly 12
2. let everybody have partners (make the first partner A1 and his partner B1)
3. put yourself and all of the "B" partners in a party
4. Make the match private
5. change the match back to xbox live
6. tell all of the "B" partners to leave the game
7. join a search and destroy game
8. go to the party (preferably someone else)
9. hit invite party
10. hopefully you get everybody in
11. if you get randoms(unwanted players) tell every body to back out then repeat steps 4-11

Beginning of lobby

1. you and your partner get into a private chat
2. meet in a special place
3. For one man army users
4. let one man have the shield the other the gun (akimbo p90s or rpd)
5. let the person use one whole clip
6. then switch to your other weapon
7. after let the other person unload a clip on you
8. For secondary users
9. use the striker or the spas-12
10. do steps 4-7 with the exception of the parentheses
