RAM clocked with 400 MHz whats it mean?

[Edit]

A clock in computer is a speed of communication from one part (device) to another. It is like a tunnel having gate that opens and closes at a certain speed to which data (passes) travels. 1 Hz (Hertz) is equvalent to 1 cycle per second that means a gate can accept data every 1 second. A 400MHz (Mega Hertz) is 400 time 1 million Hz. Idealy that means a data can travel at this speed. The tunnel is called BUS. Imagine how water is distrubuted in a city. To a RAM that means it can accept and send data at the rate of 400MHz. (400 times 1 million transfer of data in a second.) Both device in a computer must have the same clock or it will not be stable.
