Any child that is born in the U.S. is considered a U.S. citizen, therefore they have all of the rights of a U.S. citizen. However, their parents are still considered illeagal and can still be deported, and that may be with or without their child.

They are called children of unmarried parents.
Immigration status is a completely separate issue from child custody rights.
Human rights are for all born humans, so for both.
when a baby has it's first giggle an alien is born. Depends how long the baby giggles. for ex. 3secs= l alien 6secs= 2 aliens and so on with the table of 3. if your parents think this is nonsense they are giant idiots to say this
Any child born in the US can choose US citizenship.
90%
no they do not because a alien cannot become president because they were not born in the U.S legally
They can either go with their parents which is usually tha case with under age children or can remain in the USA with a legal guardian and/or relative.
Typically parents have equal rights to their children, but if the child lives in a different country, it's best to hire a lawyer that knows the laws in that country when it comes to things like custody, visitation, and child support
