A full sibling (full brother or full sister), is a sibling that shares both biological or adoptive parents. A half sibling (half brother or half sister) is a sibling with one shared biological or adoptive parent. A half sibling that shares the same mother (but different fathers) is known as a uterine sibling, whereas one that shares the same father is known as an agnate sibling. In law, the term consanguine is used in place of agnate. Half siblings can have a wide variety of interpersonal relationships, from a bond as close as any full siblings, to total strangers.

My father had an affair early in my parents' marriage. I found out at the age of 27 that I had "another sister". Now, due to the fact that we obviously have different mothers, I refer to her as my SISTER. Not 1/2 or whole. Nevertheless, "technically" she would be my half sister (bcs. we share the same dad.) My oldest sister (sharing the same mother AND father) is my whole sister. This is just my take on it. Simply how I feel. I love her regardless!

How does having the same mother and different fathers make you a whole sibling verses have the same father and different mother Doesn't the dna of the father determine that?

I believe that if you have the same dad then you are not half bro/sis. I believe that it is the dna of the father that determines biological siblings. I have five children with my husband and three of them have different mothers and I tell them all the time that they are NOT step anything or half anything because they all have the same dad. That's my story and I am sticking to it unless the world of medicine proves me wrong:)

Is your mother or father's DNA strand transcribed?

Father's DNA precedes Mother's DNA. If siblings have the same Father they are considered Whole siblings. If siblings have the same Mother but not same Father they are considered Half siblings

You and your brother have the same father but different mohters are you whole siblings?

A stepsister is one where there are no blood ties, only related by marriage. If you are both a natural child of one of the parents then it would make you half sisters. Same mother, different fathers. Same father, different mothers.

Does interracial breeding cause genetic disorders?

No. Quite the opposite actually. Interracial breeding is beneficial to the human species as a whole because it eliminates harmful genes on both the mother and father's side in the child. In many genes, the more genetically different the mother is from the father, the healthier the child. In this way, you could argue, technically speaking, that intraracial breeding is akin to incest.
