Before going for the marketing of services marketing manager or relative person have to study the nature and characteristics of services very well.before designing marketing strategy for marketing of services we have to study about that particular service. services having some common characteristics like intangibility,heterogenit,spontanious production,necessiyt of presence of both parties for delivering and receiving services etc. all these charcteristics shows that services varies with time to time ,person to person,n storage of services is impossible. These two are definitely not the same. Marketing of goods refers to actual products where marketing of services refers to rendered services that are provided to the consumer.
