That is a high fever, it would be wise to contact a doctor to see if you need an appointment for an examination. A reaction to a vaccination would not cause a temperature that high. And it takes about two weeks for immunity to develop after a flu shot, so there is a possibility of the flu, either the type that the vaccine was for or another type of flu. Better safe than sorry.
Take some Acetaminophen. If this does not bring your fever down to 101o, call and speak to your doctors' nuse or the ER nurse. Do NOT take aspirin. The nurse will advise you if you need further evaluation.
When you receive a vaccination, the provider will provide you with a record of the date, type of vaccination, and provider. Schools and some employers may request documentation of your vaccination record.

The most likely answer is that you were at Randolph AFB at the time of vaccination. You may have been born at Travis Air Force Base, but that doesn't mean he couldn't have been either reassigned to a unit at Randolph AFB or else have been sent to Randolph AFB on a TDY assignment at the time you received your vaccinations (which isn't going to be immediately after you were born).
