I believe they shouldn't because guns don't kill people, people kill people. Guns are a utility that are used. Guns can be sold to almost anyone and can be used as i said before. Hope this helped you out! :)

∙ 12y agothey shouldn't. they cannot look into a crystal ball to see who will commit a gun crime and cannot know until after someone commits a crime that they are a criminal, at which point it is to late to stop them
