It would be helpful if you would be more clear about what's occurring. Are her parents separating her from you, or are you two merely broken up? If her parents do not want you seeing their daughter, respect their decision but let them know you do want to support your girlfriend, whatever decision she makes about her pregnancy. There are consequences to every action as you now know; if she is underage she is under her parents' guardianship, not yours.
Her pregnancy is the most important issue right now. Has she came to a decision about it? You can be supportive of her even if you no longer are in a relationship with her. It's better for both people to maintain an amicable relationship if they are no longer dating, rather than for either party to stay in a relationship where they are unhappy or have arguments.
Keep communication open with her. If she decides to terminate the pregnancy offer to pay what you can afford towards the abortion. If she wants to keep the child accept the responsibility of being a parent; help with the medical expenses and support your child financially and emotionally. Have a legal child support/visitation agreement set up. You can be a responsible father even if you are no longer with your child's mother. It's not going to be easy; being a good parent is going to take much growth and responsibility on your part.
If your girlfriend wants to place the child for adoption and you and your family want to raise the child the situation becomes more problematic; consult a family law attorney and see if a custody arrangement can't be arranged.
