NO NO NO and NO. When asking someone out, you should do it face to face or at least over the phone. Generally, people don't appreciate getting asked out over MSN. It just shows that you don't have the guts or confidence. If you really care about this person and lets say it works out... somewhere down the road do you really want to tell people that you got asked out over msn? That's so junior high.
