Should you buy your parents a gift on Valentine's Day?

Valentine's Day Gifts for Parents

Here are opinions on this question:

  • No, simply because Valentine's day is a day to express the conjoined love of two people. It is not for families to share their love.

  • It's totally up to you if you want to get something for your parents or not. I normally get a little something for my mom. A box of chocolates she likes or a knick-knack of what she collects.

  • Both of the above answers are correct and it was through advertising that Valentine's Day became so blown out of shape. Valentines really is for lovers. I always use to get my mother a nice card and either flowers (not necessarily roses) or a box of chocolates. If you feel like giving your mother something then do it!
