Yes, you can.

Take your regular birth control pill as scheduled. Take the morning after pill as soon as possible after the accident. If you have a two-pill pack of morning after pills, you can take the 2nd pill at the same time or as late as 24 hours later with no change in effectiveness.
If you took emergency contraception because of missed pills, also remember to use a back up method, like condoms or abstinence from vaginal sex, until you've taken an active pill for seven consecutive days.
Take a pregnancy test no sooner than 10 days after the accident to make sure it worked.
