Should you give the guy everything he want in order to keep him?

Heck no ... you can't but a relationship my dear lady ... Some things cannot be bought - like love for instance ... that comes from the heart. If he is demanding lots of monetary things from you in order to keep him nearby, then it's not your love he is interested in.
