No, if they believe they are truly inferior to others; then let them feel that way. Hating them would be a waste of energy and time; which you could be using elsewhere to benefit more from.

You shouldn't hate anyone that isn't doing you any harm. You should try to help them overcome such short comings. In fact you shouldn't hate anyone at all. Hate means to mentally murder.
