This depends on what you want your child to accomplish. My sister goes to private and they learn how to put they're plates into the dish washer, they sing songs in spanish. It's great. I went to public, and i remember just having fun there, drawing, playing and running around, i had a little more freedom to just be a kid.

Whatever environment you think your kid will benefit more from.
